E1504. Windows agent hook syntax error
Severity: ERROR. Windows-only.
What happened
The agent's settings file uses VAR=value command bash-prefix
syntax for the hook command. PowerShell and cmd.exe cannot parse
this -- the hook silently fails on every Windows agent.
How to fix
Re-install with controlzero install <agent>. The current
install path emits the portable form.
