Severity: WARNING. The synthetic
NO_RULE_MATCHdecision applies.
What happened
The tool action you passed to guard() does not match any rule in
your policy AND does not match any canonical alias. The action
was logged as unknown_tool and the synthetic NO_RULE_MATCH
decision applied.
How to fix
Either add a rule covering this action, or run controlzero validate <your-policy.yaml> --
the policy loader automatically prints did-you-mean hints (T86) as warnings for any
action that is not a known canonical name or alias.
